Nominate a community leader to be honored at one of our events
How: Nomination forms will be available soon, but for now, send an email to rsvp@nwasianweeklywith "NOMINATION FOR
<EVENT>" in the subject line. Briefly write why you think this person is a Pioneer/Top Contributor/Woman of Color Empowered.
Note: For Summer Youth Leadership Program and Diversity Makes a Difference nominates, there are specific forms to fill out. They will be
available about four months prior to the start of each program. Visit each respective website for more information or for forms.
Teachers, parents, counselors, community leaders: Nominate a student to for our Diversity Makes a Difference scholarship or for our
Summer Youth Leadership Program
How: Visit the website of the program you'd like to nominate your student for and follow the directions on the page.

Volunteer on a committee!
Just sign up! Express your interest in an introductory e-mail to rsvp@nwasianweekly.com. We meet 4 to 5 times before an event. There
are no special criteria to be a volunteer, just a positive outlook, enthusiasm, and the desire to work with a group of diverse volunteers
for the betterment of the Asian community.
